What activities does my Care Manager cover?

The Care Managers can assist with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Helping with technology (e.g., using apps, devices)
  • Booking house maintenance or appointments
  • Accompanying the customer on errands, religious visits, family events, or doctor’s appointments
  • Playing games (like chess)
  • Uploading and digitizing medical bills

Care Managers will not support household maintenance tasks such as cleaning, plumbing, and more.

How do I schedule my Care Manager visit?

After registration, your receiver can call the Seva Money Care Agents between 8AM and 8PM at any point during the month to book the visit at a convenient time.

What happens if I need to change my Care Manager visit?

You can reschedule your visit one time, provided you give us at least 48 hours’ notice and ensure your new appointment takes place within your free 1-month period.

How do I schedule blood tests and diagnostics?

Your receiver can book a range of diagnostic tests and health check-ups with home sample collection, with up to 50% discounts on the purchase.

Tests and sample collections can be booked by calling the Seva Money Team/Concierge and sharing their needs. The Team will arrange for a technician to visit their home and collect the samples. Where available, a report will be delivered within 24 hours.

How do I extend my Seva subscription?

You can extend your subscription by downloading the Seva Money App, and signing up directly through the app.
